73 Consecutive dividend increases

This week we received our quarterly dividend from Home Depot.

We also became entitled to our quarterly dividend from American Tower.

Our American Tower dividends (which have risen every quarter while we have held it) have already increased cumulatively by an impressive 38%. American Tower’s total utility to us as investors is actually much greater than implied by these higher dividends and price appreciation alone, since it provides frequent, positive feedback (in cash) about its business progress and prospects as the global telecommunications infrastructure landlord of choice.
